Insightful opportunities developed from user behaviour & existing product material make-up
The Opportunity
A 'take/send back' service design for a smart dispensing solution of concentrated refillable cartridges, to reduce the user's responsibility for correct disposal or recycling.

Using an app to ease interaction between the users and a premium closed loop service, based around principles from the circular economy.
The design had three objectives.
Create a website experience to inform and educate the visitor about sustainable principles, provide a flexible tool to drive subscriptions and inevitably downloads in the app store.
